Domestic Shipping Policy:

Orders for delivery within the 50 states will be provided by either USPS or UPS, depending on the customer's selection. Other shipping methods can be provided if customer's address is a P.O. Box number. In stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 48 working hours of the time we received the order, unless specified otherwise, such as pre-order items or mixed orders in which it contains pre-order item(s). Pre-order item(s) will be shipped out within 48 working hours from the time they arrive into our warehouse. Circumstances may arise that will delay the shipping process. Should the customer wish to receive in stock items first, we recommend our customers to place separate orders for in stock and pre-order items. ToyQube reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion. ToyQube is not responsible for any customs, duties, brokerage fees and taxes. 

 

International Shipping Policy:

international orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, or DHL Express. The full value of the item(s) will be declared on the customs form. We do offer other shipping methods, and the prices will vary depending on the company. If you choose to use any of these companies, you will be responsible for the price difference. The shipping charges are based on the dimensions and weight of the box, which can be provided upon request. In stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 48 working hours of the time we received the order, unless specified otherwise, such as pre-order items or mixed orders in which it contains pre-order item(s). Pre-order item(s) will be shipped out within 48 working hours from the time they arrive into our warehouse. ToyQube reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion. ToyQube may choose an alternative carrier if it provides a faster service at similar costs. Privacy & Security

ToyQube.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, e-mail address, and payment information such as your credit card number. We also require you to submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items. We allow third-party companies to collect non-personally identifiable information when customers visit our site. These companies typically use a cookie or web beacon to collect this information in order to provide advertisements likely to be of interest to you. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals or mechanisms

 

Returns & Replacements

All Sales are final. Most of the products we sell are collectible items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchange.

Please contact ToyQube if you need more information. ToyQube reserves the right to a final decision.

Customers will have FIVE (5) business days from the received date of item(s) to contact us via email regarding defective item(s), along with proof, normally pictures, of items including but not limited to, the product, the inner package, and the outer package. If we receive the communication beyond the 5 days of the receipt of the product(s), ToyQube will no longer be responsible for the product. However, we do understand that there might be special exceptions. The ToyQube staff and ownership will pay careful attention to the circumstances and make decisions based on the facts received.

Upon review, ToyQube may ship back a replacement to the customer, once the defective item is returned to us and upon our examination that the defectiveness is under our responsibility. An agreed substitution may take place, if the returned item is out of stock. ToyQube is not responsible for the replacement and refund to a false report. In the event of a dispute, ToyQube reserves the right to a final decision.

All returns must be in the original, factory-sealed packaging in the same condition that they were received. Products that have been opened, tampered with, played with or altered will not be eligible for return. We are unable to refund any shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a return you must email info@toyqube.com with original order number. If your request qualifies for a refund or exchange, additional return instructions will be provided. In the case of an exchange, customer assumes responsibility for both additional shipping costs. Extra fees may be incurred for international orders.

Please note that due to the limited availability on all of our products, ToyQube cannot guarantee that an item will be replaced.

Refunds and Exchanges policy is applicable only to items purchased directly from ToyQube or from the ToyQube website. We cannot accept exchanges or offer returns or refunds on any items purchased through any of our distributors or third party websites. Should this happen, ToyQube will direct the purchaser to the store of which their item was purchased.

 

Lost Package

In the event that a package is lost in transit or your package is not delivered to you within a reasonable amount of time as outlined by the carrier (for both domestic and international orders), ToyQube will assist the buyer as best as we can, but we will not be responsible for the lost package(s). If you wish to contact us regarding your missing or lost order, please email us at info@toyqube.com. We will review each order on a case by case basis. Upon review, the decision made by ToyQube will be final. In most cases, this would involve a claim to the carrier and/or payment company, in which ToyQube will support the buyer with information to look for the best possible outcome possible for both parties.

 

Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

 

Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Delivery costs will be charged. Such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.


Pre-order policy 

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PRE-ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED.

 

Restocking fee

There is a 15% of stocking fee, return shipping at the cost of the buyer, item must be remains in 100% brand new condition.

 

Complaints and Waiver

Complaints

We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

 

Wholesale Orders

Due to the wide variety of products and large quantity involved, MOQ will vary for each item as well as the shipping price. A second invoice will be sent out with each order to cover shipping. Full payment is required before the products are shipped out.

Refunds will not be given for wholesale products. If items arrive damaged ToyQube must be notified within 2 business days of receiving them. All issues concerning damaged goods will be handled on a case by case basis. ToyQube will require photos of the damaged pieces along with their boxes and the case they were shipped in to handle any refund issues.
