Domestic Shipping policy:

Orders are shipped within the 50 states will be provided by UPS. Other shipping methods can be provided if customer's address is a P.O. Box number. In stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time we receive the order, unless specified otherwise. Preorder items will ship out the second day they arrive. Circumstances may arise that will delay the shipping process, in which case the customer will be notified immediately. ToyQube reserves the right to refuse service to customers at our discretion. ToyQube is not responsible for any customs, brokerage fees and taxes.

Local Pick Up policy:

Online prices may vary from the store prices. This difference is due to the shipping cost being factored into the price of the product. The online prices do not reflect the prices at the store. All local pickups will be charged as a store transaction during the pickup. The prices of the item(s) will reflect the in store price. Orders on hold policy:

Any orders on hold will only be held for 3 business days. If payment is not made after the 4th day the transaction will be voided.

Paypal policy:

Paypal instant transfer and credit card payments will be shipped within 24 hours. If you are paying via paypal e-check, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of your check clearing our account. Any delays to your order paid via paypal e-check are due to the bank payment processing times.

International Shipping Policy:

Most international orders will be shipped via USPS Air service. The full value of the item(s) will be declared on the customs form. We do offer other shipping methods, and the prices will vary depending on the company. If you choose to use any of these companies, you will be responsible for the price difference. The shipping charges are based on the dimensions and weight of the box, which can be provided upon request. In stock item(s) are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the time we receive the order unless specified otherwise. Preorder items will ship out the second day they arrive. Free Shipping Policy:

Our Free Shipping only for the lower 48 states, (Sorry but no Hawaii and Alaska). If your package is oversized it will not be qualify for Free Shipping, we'll contact you for additional shipping fee.

Shipping & Handling:

Our shipping fee is including Shipping and handling. Shipping and handling fee are a combination of the fees needed to pay for shipping your order and the labor involved in handling shipped items. You can view/choose few diffferent types of shipping methods by different shipping companies at our check out page, shipping rate is not negotiable.

Return Policy:

All Sales are final. Most of the products we sell are collectibe items, therefore we do not accept returns or exchange.

Customers will have FIVE (5) business days from the received date of item(s) to contact us via phone or email regarding defective item(s). If customers exceeds the 5 day policy, after the item(s) was received and to notify ToyQube about any defects on the product(s), ToyQube will no longer responsible for the product. However, we do understand that there might be special exceptions. The ToyQube staff and ownership will pay careful attention to the circumstances and make decisions based on the facts received.

ToyQube will ship back the replacement to the customer, once the defective item(s) is returned to us and upon our examination that the defectiveness is under our responsibility. An agreed substitution may take place, only if the returned item(s) is out of stock. ToyQube is not responsible for the replacement and refund to a false report. In the event of a dispute, ToyQube reserves the right to final decision.

Order Cancellation:

Please note on order or pre-order cancellation requests are subject to a 15% of restocking fee. If your pre-order has a delay more than 90 days, it can be a full refund.

Lost Package Policy:

In an event that a product is lost in transit and your package is not delivered to you within a reasonable amount of time (for both domestic and international orders) we will not be responsible for the lost packages. If you wish to contact us regarding your missing or lost order, please email us at info {at} toyqube. {dot} com. We will review each order by an individual case by case basis. Upon review, the decision made by ToyQube will be final.
